Inscriptions

Obverse: Draped female bust right; hair in bun, five ridges. Frame 2:00-10:00. Inscribed clockwise, inward, from 8:00-11:00: IVLIA PIA; from 1:00-4:30: FELIX AVG. Reverse: Female figure, fully draped, standing in contrapposto stance with weighted right leg, head left; holding vertical sceptre/staff resting on ground with raised hand, palladium in extended right hand. Inscribed clockwise, inward, evenly spaced, starting with "V" at 7:00, "[E]" at 9, "S" at 10:30, "T" at 2:00, "A" at 4:00 (i.e. V[E]STA is evenly spaced around the entire perimeter); frame all around; axis up.
