Below scale reads "CENTIGRADE/RESIS.OF LEADS 0.4 OHM NO. 518239./PAT. JUNE 1, 1909 JUNE 13, 1911 SEP 28, 1915." Brass plaque reads "EIMER & AMEND/EANDA/NEW YORK."
