Wooden box, no bottom, holes on the side. Brass pulleys at one end, 2 wires strung along entire length of box. Top of box has "scale" of 4 black rectangles and one red rectangle repeated length of box. Plaque reads "Mechanische Werstatten/E. LEYBOLDS NACHFOLGER/Coln a. Rhein." Missing turn key.
Overall: 53 1/4 × 4 3/4 × 7 in. (135.3 × 12.1 × 17.8 cm)
